About you

We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our dynamic Merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will assist and provide support across multiple product areas, working closely with our Senior Merchandiser to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales reporting on a daily and weekly basis, assisting with weekly trade analysis and identifying key opportunities and risks.
  • Update WSSIs and line card data on a weekly basis and support the Senior Merchandiser with forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the buying team and suppliers to manage critical path and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Update the delivery schedule and forecast business intake to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Manage team MAA, working together to communicate with the warehouse on intake, ecom team on product go live, and marketing team on product priorities.
  • Work with the Senior Merch to identify and action promotions and markdowns.
  • Support MAAs with an overview on store performance and allocations.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with line cards, WSSIs, trade reporting, and forecasting.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced trading environment.
  • An understanding of product, retail environments, and a passion for data and numbers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail related to product, process, and systems.
  • Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
