Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Lead to join our Global Growth Insights and Analytics team. This role will be responsible for driving deep consumer understanding and growth in the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) zone.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a consumer-centric insights agenda to support long-term strategy in local markets/zone.
- Discover, define, and deliver actionable insights for enterprise strategy, leveraging commercial foresight to identify opportunities and priorities for growth.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide long-term strategic planning, leading the 10-Year Strategy Insights consumer learning agenda for Enterprise Consumer Strategy and Innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant market, consumer, and food trends, anticipating the future needs of consumers/shoppers.
- Act as the connection point and functional coordinator across zones for strategic planning for local markets/zone, facilitating consumer-led situation assessments.
- Degree-level education, MSc or MBA advantageous.
- Strategic insights/consumer research experience required, with a proven track record in consumer insights from within consumer/FMCG/retail industries.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated services, and agile research tools, with experience working across a portfolio of products on the manufacturer/client-side highly preferred.
- Proven ability to distill insights and drive impact into an organization, bringing the consumer to the forefront.
- Commercially minded and experienced in interpreting and synthesizing multiple data sources into meaningful and actionable insights for growth.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to prepare insightful reports and presentations to tight deadlines.
- Proficient at storytelling in creative, influential, and impactful ways, with excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Strong business contributor and influencer across all levels of organization, including executive leaders.
