Join Freudenberg's Customer Service Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair, effective, and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to execute orders and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and track lead-time, order/production status, and provide updates to customers.
  • Assist in the development of improvement plans based on customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work with figures, calculations, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings is desirable.
  • Experience using SAP is desirable.
