Job Title: Procurement Leader

Location: Flexible working arrangements available.

Salary: Competitive salary starting from £46,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract management for both major subcontract and transactional agreements.
  • Ensure accountability for all Supply Chain activities within your designated area.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance People (Resourcing & Capabilities), Process, Technology, and reporting to support the effective delivery of the Supply Chain function.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and act as a deputy for the Supply Chain Senior Manager when necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering their development and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the aerospace, defense, or MOD sectors is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a line management role is preferred.
