About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team at Mental Health Matters. The successful candidate will provide high-intensity interventions, predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to individuals with complex Anxiety and Depression related problems.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and be committed to equal opportunities. They will hold a Clinical Qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, typically the Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT or in High Intensity Psychological Therapies.

Qualifications

  • A Clinical Qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; typically the Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT or in High Intensity Psychological Therapies

Experience

  • The ability to work within a high volume, performance managed service, manage your own caseload and time, and be an effective communicator both in written and verbal communication
