About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team at Mental Health Matters. The post holder will provide high intensity interventions, predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

The successful candidate will work with people from diverse backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and be committed to equal opportunities.

About You

You will hold a Clinical Qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, typically the Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT or in High Intensity Psychological Therapies. We also welcome applications from candidates with other Post-Graduate qualifications in an IAPT appropriate evidence-based therapy.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a high-volume, performance-managed service, manage your own caseload, and be an effective communicator in both written and verbal communication.
