About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team at Mental Health Matters. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-intensity interventions, predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to individuals with complex Anxiety and Depression related problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-intensity interventions, including CBT, to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary.
  • Manage your own caseload and time effectively, while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
