We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High Intensity Therapist to join our team at Mental Health Matters. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-intensity interventions, predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to individuals with complex Anxiety and Depression related problems.
As a High Intensity Therapist, you will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and be committed to equal opportunities. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and time, and be an effective communicator in both written and verbal communication.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will hold a Clinical Qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, typically the Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT or in High Intensity Psychological Therapies. We also welcome applications from candidates who have other Post-Graduate qualifications in an IAPT appropriate evidence-based therapy.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a high-volume, performance-managed service and be committed to delivering high-quality services to those in need of support.
