High Intensity Therapist

We are seeking a qualified and motivated High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team at Mental Health Matters. The post holder will provide high-intensity interventions, predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to individuals with complex Anxiety and Depression-related problems.
The successful candidate will work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and be committed to equal opportunities.
About YouYou will hold a Clinical Qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, typically the Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT or in High Intensity Psychological Therapies. We also welcome applications from candidates who have other Post-Graduate qualifications in an IAPT appropriate evidence-based therapy.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a high-volume, performance-managed service, manage your own caseload and time, and be an effective communicator both in written and verbal communication.
