About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Relations Case Specialist to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to dissatisfied customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and effective decision-making.
  • Assume ownership of customer cases and ensure all communication is handled promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
  • Communicate with all case stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory outcome to the case.
  • Proactively maintain customers' knowledge of their respective brand products and provide coaching.
  • Participate in aged case reviews to ensure timely resolution and necessary escalation of cases.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Proven track record of turning dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones.
  • Excellent time and workload management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Diploma in Mathematics and English language or equivalent, paired with sufficient PC knowledge and applications.
  • Strong interest or working knowledge of cars/commercial vehicles.
