Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily appointment sessions to optimize productivity and customer service
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including customer information and assessment results
  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments and provide support as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining equipment
  • Provide a professional and welcoming service to customers, adhering to Maximus' values and standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service delivery targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or administration is desirable
