Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Assessment Centre, including session planning and customer communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments and the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using our in-house computer system to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, interpreters, and other service providers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literacy, with experience of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
