Position: Service Coordinator
Job Overview
In the role of Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication and ensuring the prompt resolution of client inquiries. Your duties will include managing incoming client communications, accurately interpreting operational needs, and surpassing client expectations through our Helpdesk service. By coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, you will help deliver outstanding service that aligns with our dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and process client inquiries related to site issues
- Identify suitable solutions within established contractual frameworks
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and the service delivery team
- Maintain and update relevant software systems
- Perform general administrative duties
- Provide professional helpdesk assistance
- Support the delivery team with administrative responsibilities
Professional Qualifications
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication abilities
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals
