As a prospective team member, your role will be pivotal in supporting these premium clients by ensuring efficient execution and strategic insights to foster client loyalty and business expansion while upholding Gartner's esteemed service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate registrations associated with the Gartner premium suite of offerings.
- Oversee mailbox and stakeholder communications to enhance the support strategy for tailored premium client experiences.
- Conduct data management and analytics (including weekly reports, final attendance figures, wrap-up data, and quarterly regional data assessments).
- Perform registration audits (including outreach, follow-ups, and necessary record updates).
- Provide registration testing assistance (verifying sites to ensure correct setup of registration codes, confirmation emails, and hotel booking processes for clients).
- Address inquiries from clients and associates related to conference experiences through the designated mailbox.
- Assist clients on-site via our Ask Us Chat program.
- Collaborate with the registration/call center vendor and internal teams for daily operations and future projects.
- Work alongside internal Registration and Technology teams to prioritize system enhancements, ensuring an exceptional attendee experience.
- Travel to events to provide on-site support as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or event management.
- Proficient in managing in-person client interactions with a professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in project management and process optimization.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms, troubleshooting, and escalation processes.
- Appreciation for technology and its applications.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration across various functions, departments, and levels, serving as a model for teamwork.
