Customer Service Operations Coordinator

Vertical Advantage, a prominent player in the global FMCG Ingredients sector, is seeking a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for both clients and suppliers, fostering robust relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Facilitate the processing of client orders
  • Address pricing inquiries and manage order delays
  • Execute supplier purchase orders within our ERP system
  • Oversee inventory levels
  • Collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers and warehouses

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service or Order Management
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
