Training Project Coordinator

Location: Flexible

Salary: £56,000

Hours: 37 hours per week / Hybrid Approach

Are you prepared to oversee impactful training initiatives and elevate health and safety protocols? We are in search of a dedicated Training Project Coordinator to lead educational projects within our Health, Safety, Security, and Wellbeing (HSSW) division. In this capacity, you will ensure that projects comply with governance standards and are executed punctually and to exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Facilitate project steering committees and enforce effective governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and evaluate project activities to ensure successful implementation of changes.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and challenges, applying suitable mitigation strategies.
  • Mobilize temporary resources and provide leadership to cultivate a motivated team atmosphere.
  • Assist in communication strategy development, crafting key messages, and executing communication initiatives as necessary.
  • Generate detailed project reports, delivering critical management insights to support informed decision-making.

You will have the flexibility to work from the office or visit various sites for 2-3 days a week, allowing for remote work for the remainder of the week. For office days, you have the option to drive, as we provide ample parking, or utilize public transport, with easy access to local bus stops and train stations.

About You:

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator with comprehensive project management experience or relevant qualifications. You should demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, possess a valid UK driver's license, and have access to a vehicle.
