Job Title: Service Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Scheduler to join our team at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression. As a Service Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service visits and call-out rotas for Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and organize service visits and call-out rotas for Engineers.
  • Liaise with clients and the administration team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met.
  • Obtain site access information and arrange service visits to suit.
  • Accurately enter data into our CRM system.
  • Update the customer service record.
  • Perform general service administration duties and provide weekly reporting on current and completed workloads.
Requirements:
  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with using in-house CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Highly organized with the ability to use initiative to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Dynamic and forward-thinking.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable.
