Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Simplify Recruitment Group. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
About the RoleThe Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a customer relationship management strategy to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Leading the marketing team to deliver strategic plans and achieve business objectives
- Ensuring a strong social media presence and developing a content marketing strategy
- Marketing and launching new product ranges to drive revenue growth
- Developing and managing a distributor/agent network to expand our reach into new markets
- Creating sales and marketing reports to inform business decisions
- Analyzing sales patterns and trends to inform future business strategies
- Developing and delivering marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and identifying new business opportunities
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree qualification and postgraduate business qualification desirable
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B sales/marketing role at manager or director level, including experience in the UK SME market
- Experience in product sales and marketing, and service provider experience
- Experience in high-end value, technically complex products
- Experience in high-value, small-volume production in a niche market
- Experience in optical media-related products is a significant advantage
- Experience in running and building a team
- Excellent communication skills
- International experience with a proven track record of building sales in new geographies
- Experience working overseas or speaking a second language is an advantage
- Experience in successfully launching new product ranges
- Experience in dealership networks, both setting up and managing established dealers
We offer a highly competitive salary up to £100,000 dependent on experience, 30% bonus, equity, and a generous company benefits package.
