Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize customer awareness of our existing and new product ranges, while improving customer service and communication.

Lead the Marketing Team

Lead and develop the marketing team to ensure that our company's strategic plans are delivered over the next 5 years, focusing on building a leading-edge social media presence and launching new product ranges.

Build and Manage Distributor Network

Develop and manage a distributor/agent network in existing and new geographies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.

Drive Sales and Marketing Initiatives

Develop, plan, and deliver marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth and development, including creating reports related to sales and marketing activities and understanding sales patterns to inform planning.

Requirements
  1. Experience and Qualifications

5 years or more experience in a B2B sales/marketing role at manager or director level, including UK-based SME experience. Degree qualified, postgraduate business qualification desirable.

International Experience

International experience with a demonstrable and proven track record of building sales in new geographies, with experience working overseas or speaking a second language an advantage.

Leadership and Team Management

Experience running and building a team, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.

Product Sales and Marketing Experience

Experience in product sales and marketing, and service provider experience, with a strong understanding of dealership networks and their management.

Compensation and Benefits

30% bonus plus equity (130k OTE).
