London Doctors Clinic is seeking a skilled, empathetic, and confident Senior Immunisation Nurse to enhance our dedicated team.

In the role of Senior Immunisation Nurse, you will oversee the clinical execution of Immunisation services. Reporting to the Regional Immunisation Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Immunisation offerings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Post-registration experience in Immunisations is required.
  • Proficiency in Phlebotomy is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Current BLS & anaphylaxis certification.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar nursing capacity.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driving license is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical execution of Immunisation services.
  • Assist with clinical audits, including observational assessments.
  • Enhance and uphold quality and safety standards, participating in benchmarking and quality audits.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Support service modernization initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team on staffing requirements.
  • Provide training and mentorship to colleagues.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Immunisation issues within Occupational Health, reflecting this in clinical practice.
  • Monitor service quality, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating development.
  • Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining high professional standards.
  • Experience in an Occupational Health setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
