MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
To guarantee a secure and positive experience for patients by assisting the unit manager in the coordination of patient care and unit management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver comprehensive and secure patient care by minimizing risks and adhering to established clinical quality benchmarks.
- Oversee the patient experience.
- Ensure optimal staffing resource allocation, retention, and utilization.
- Foster and enhance staff skills through ongoing evaluation and development.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or Diploma in General Nursing.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Midwifery.
- Postgraduate certificate or diploma in a specialized area.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
