KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide thorough and secure patient care by identifying risks and adhering to established clinical quality benchmarks.
- Oversee the patient experience to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
- Optimize the supply, retention, and utilization of nursing staff resources.
- Foster and enhance staff capabilities through ongoing evaluation and development.
- Contribute to the efficient management of operational costs, including inventory and capital resources.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or Diploma in General Nursing.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Midwifery qualification.
- Postgraduate certificate or diploma in a specialized area.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of experience post-qualification.
