About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Development Manager to join our team at Samsung SDS Europe. As a key member of our Management MSP team, you will be responsible for selling and delivering projects to our clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Lead a team of business development, project management, and technical specialists to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings that meet client needs.
  • Provide strategic account management to help clients achieve their objectives through our IT projects and proposals.
  • Work with product management to define product and service offerings that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client base.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of business development, project management, and technical specialists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Visio, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
