Senior Business Development Manager

Willmott Dixon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our Construction South region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth strategy and expand our presence in the South East of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the South London region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Represent Willmott Dixon at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's services and expertise.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's trends and challenges.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in business management or a related field.
