About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Business Development Manager to join our Construction South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying project opportunities across the South London region and developing strong business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue in the South London region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Represent Willmott Dixon at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and market trends, with a strong understanding of our services and offerings.
  • Ability to analyze data and reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
