Senior Business Development Manager

Willmott Dixon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our Construction South region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities across the South London region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align business development activities with strategic growth plans.
  • Produce accurate reports and forecasts on progress.
  • Represent the company at industry events and develop networks to enhance the company's profile.
Essential Criteria
  • High level of verbal communication skills and networking.
  • Ability to develop long-term customer relationships to create growth opportunities.
  • Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities in line with our strategic plan.
  • Presentation skills to all levels of seniority.
  • Use of resources to capture sales leads.
  • Creation, management, and analysis of sales and marketing data and reporting.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Proven relationship management and networking abilities.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of working in the construction industry and/or with local authorities.
  • Degree in Business Management.
