Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, ideally within the beauty sector or a dynamic retail environment.
  • Expertise in setting sales and customer service objectives, along with experience in sales analysis and staff scheduling.
  • Background in retail operations, including inventory management and financial reconciliation.
  • A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve success.
  • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
