Counter Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivational Counter Supervisor to guide, mentor, and enhance our team of Fragrance Specialists in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational goals. If you thrive on taking full responsibility for devising and implementing a flexible business strategy while attracting and retaining clients through exceptional customer relationship management and targeted approaches, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Qualifications
About you You will possess: Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, ideally within the Beauty sector or a dynamic retail setting. Experience in establishing sales and customer service objectives, analyzing sales data, and scheduling staff effectively. Previous experience in retail operations, including inventory control, facility management, and cash handling. A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing a successful team. Experience in planning and executing in-store events. Flexible availability across various days and hours. Proof of eligibility to live and work in the country.
