Position Overview

As we continue to elevate the art of perfume, we are seeking an enthusiastic and effective Fragrance Counter Supervisor to guide and mentor our team of Fragrance Specialists in achieving exceptional sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Fragrance Specialists to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory and facilitate effective stock control and cash handling procedures.
- Organize and execute in-store events that promote our unique fragrance offerings.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail sector.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
