Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists at Selfridges.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales targets, exceptional customer service standards, and operational excellence.
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to drive sales growth and enhance the in-store experience for our discerning clientele.
  • Implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to build a high-performing team passionate about luxury fragrances.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, providing personalized recommendations and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Plan and execute engaging in-store events to promote our fragrances and create a memorable experience for customers.
Your Profile

You possess proven retail management experience within the beauty or luxury sector. Your passion for fragrance, combined with your leadership skills and business acumen, will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated success in managing a team and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing personalized experiences.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing initiatives and events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
