Position: Counter Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivational Counter Manager to oversee, mentor, and enhance our team of Fragrance Specialists in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational objectives. If you thrive on having full responsibility for devising and implementing a flexible business strategy and attracting and retaining clients through exceptional customer relationship management and targeted approaches, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Qualifications

  • About You
  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, ideally within the beauty sector or a dynamic retail setting.
  • Proficient in establishing sales and customer service objectives, conducting sales analysis, and managing staff schedules.
  • Previous experience in retail operations, including inventory management, facility oversight, and cash handling.
  • Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve results.
  • Experience in planning and executing in-store events.

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid proof of eligibility to live and work in the country.
