Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Create and execute a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Recruit and retain customers through superior customer relationship management and strategic targeting.
- Develop and implement in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
