Fragrance Counter Supervisor

We are in search of a passionate and inspiring Fragrance Counter Supervisor to lead our team of Fragrance Specialists, guiding them towards achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. If you excel in taking full ownership of executing a vibrant business strategy and attracting and retaining customers through exceptional relationship management and strategic insight, this role may be an ideal match for you.

Envision our stores as a sensory experience, where guests can engage with raw fragrances and textures that evoke their feelings. As a Fragrance Counter Supervisor, you will bring this extraordinary in-store experience to life with your strong business insight and effective leadership of a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless operation of the counter while aligning all team members with the Brand's vision. Furthermore, you will be tasked with mentoring and empowering your team, encouraging their development to exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), alongside your own.

Qualifications
  • About You You will possess:
  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, ideally within the Beauty sector or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in setting sales and customer service targets, conducting sales analysis, and managing staff schedules.
  • A background in retail operations, including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash handling.
  • A proven track record in leading, coaching, and nurturing a team towards success.
  • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events.
  • Flexibility in availability across various days and hours, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Competence in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proof of eligibility to live and work in the country.
