We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Wallingford. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while providing administrative support to the Senior Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, merchandise, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Ensure the office is immaculate and manage office budgets for orders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail and packages.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and action new and ongoing requests.
  • Maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Must be able to be onsite 4 days a week and easily commutable to Wallingford.
