Job Title: Parking and Licensing Administrator

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Parking and Licensing Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and approve statutory permissions to park on kerbside space, suspend parking, or licence the use of the highway.
  • Minimise fraudulent use of valuable parking/highway space by checking customer eligibility and validating requests.
  • Deliver a highly professional customer experience at all times.
Essential Experience:
  • Knowledge or experience of administering parking permits (Liberator or similar systems highly desirable).
  • Knowledge or experience of administering parking suspensions.
  • Knowledge or experience of administering highways licences (Symology desirable).
  • Experience of managing an inbox, providing a high standard of response to customers within defined SLA timelines.
  • Highly organised with experience of meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Computer literate with experience of bespoke IT systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills and telephone manner.
  • The ability to take ownership of issues and resolve problems for customers.
