About the Role

The Commercial Director will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Magicard Ltd, by Brady, a market leader in the label/card printing industry. This position will be responsible for leading new business sales for EMEA and APAC, and will require a strong sales pedigree, experience of selling through distributors/resellers, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the commercial strategy, defining where to compete and how, setting long-term commercial goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Spearhead the sales growth and market penetration in the chosen (sub)vertical markets and geographies.
  • Use data to fuel decision making in sales, marketing, and pricing.
  • Manage sales personnel within EMEA/APAC.
Requirements
  • ~5+ years of international, B2B sales-leadership experience, ideally in one of the following sectors: label/card printing, telephony, point of sale, hand-held scanners, smart devices, or office A/V equipment.
  • ~Additional experience of working in, or with, a B2B marketing function.
  • Comfortable with regular travel to meet colleagues, clients, and partners.
