Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for London Bridge Local. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and drive business growth
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand
- Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff to ensure high standards are met

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management with a strong focus on time management and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team, drive sales, and meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently to meet business objectives
- Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting to support business decision-making
- Multilingual abilities would be advantageous but not essential

Working with Us
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year and a full-time work schedule in a dynamic retail environment.
