About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Print Operator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a CNC Print Operator, you will be responsible for the preparation and operation of screen printing machinery, printing with UV and Solvent ink on various substrates, and ensuring overall knowledge in the screen printing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen Preparation: Prepare screens for printing, including coating, exposing, and washing.
  • Machinery Operation: Set up and operate manual screen printing machinery.
  • Printing: Print using UV and Solvent ink on various substrates, with a focus on plastic materials.
  • Ink Mixing: Mix ink according to Pantone references.
  • Process Knowledge: Ensure overall knowledge and understanding of the screen printing process.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Screen Printing Technician or in a similar role.
  • Screen Preparation: Proficient in preparing screens, including coating, exposing, and washing.
  • Machinery Operation: Strong knowledge and expertise in setting up and operating manual screen printing machinery.
  • Printing Experience: Experience in printing with UV and Solvent ink on various substrates, particularly plastic.
  • Ink Mixing: Ability to accurately mix ink using Pantone references.
  • Process Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the screen printing process from start to finish.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a high level of precision in executing printing tasks.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during printing.
