We are seeking an exceptional Registered Care Home Manager to provide leadership to a new service in the UK. As a Registered Nurse and experienced Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the quality of services meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, lead, and support new and existing teams
  • Instill strong values and best practices within the service's senior and wider staff teams
  • Ensure the quality of services meets Good or Outstanding CQC Inspection Framework Standards
  • Engage with residents, relatives, health professionals, local authorities, and other community groups to establish a sustainable and caring environment
  • Effectively lead safeguarding processes
