Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team in South Telford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication reminders, and companionship.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that clients receive high-quality care and support that meets their individual needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
