Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide person-centered care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Assisting with medication management
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in health and social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
