We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injuries and complex health needs in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
