Job Title: Care Professional - Home Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide medication reminders and ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care, ideally with an NVQ2 & 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Must be a driver with a valid license and own vehicle.
