We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in health and social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
