Job Overview

E-Commerce Business Analyst - Competitive Salary + Car Allowance

Synaxia Group is collaborating with a well-established organization to assist in their search for an additional Business Analyst.

This role is pivotal as the company embarks on a significant transformation of its IT and Business Systems.

The Business Analyst will become part of a dedicated team that is spearheading key initiatives on their in-house developed B2B e-commerce platform.

This project is set to launch in the near future and will lead to numerous IT and Change projects, providing an exciting opportunity for a proactive Business Analyst.

Position: E-Commerce Business Analyst

Location: Flexible working arrangement with a hybrid model

Salary: Competitive salary with additional benefits

Role Responsibilities:

As an E-Commerce Business Analyst, you will serve as a crucial link between the web development team and the broader business, ensuring that changes are embraced rather than feared. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to operational staff, to gather requirements, analyze and redesign business processes, and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Duties Include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to capture business needs and convert them into technical requirements.
  • Performing comprehensive analysis of business workflows to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Creating detailed documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
  • Leading workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment between IT and business goals.
  • Collaborating with development teams to guarantee timely and within-scope delivery of solutions.
  • Assisting in the rollout of new systems and processes, providing continuous analysis and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a sizable organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Web, E-Commerce, and Multi-channel strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong skills in documentation and presentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage various priorities.
