About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive E-Commerce Sales Consultant to join our growing team at ClearCourse. As an E-Commerce Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving New Business growth within the EKM brand, part of ClearCourse's Retail Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute proactive strategies to generate new business opportunities in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
  • Own and manage sales opportunities within the UK mid-market, focusing on a specific industry vertical.
  • Propose and deliver e-commerce strategies that align with prospects' business objectives, leveraging your expertise in digital sales and business development.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline, actively sourcing and qualifying leads in the e-commerce and retail industries.
  • Network within your industry vertical to generate self-built leads and supplement marketing efforts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for digital sales and business development, with a focus on the retail and e-commerce sectors.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology trends and how they drive hyper-growth for customers online, including e-commerce platforms and retail software solutions.
  • A proven track record of success in driving New Business growth within IT, Tech, SaaS, or Retail Software, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • High technical and commercial awareness, with strong project management and organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple sales opportunities and priorities.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail software sales is highly advantageous, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the needs of retail businesses.
