We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Sales Consultant to join our team at ClearCourse. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving New Business growth within the EKM brand, part of our Retail Division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a network of contacts and attract new clients to drive revenue growth and forecasting sales.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Support & Implementation teams to ensure the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives.
- Document plans, activities, and opportunities in our Sales CRM system, continually reviewing and improving business performance through tactical analysis.
- Own and manage sales opportunities within the UK mid-market, focusing on a specific industry vertical.
- Propose and deliver e-commerce strategies that align with prospects' business objectives.
- Build and manage your sales pipeline, actively sourcing and qualifying leads.
- Network within your industry vertical to generate self-built leads and supplement marketing efforts.
- A passion for Digital and a focus on consulting with small to medium-sized retail businesses.
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends and how they drive hyper-growth for customers online.
- A proven track record of success in driving New Business growth within IT, Tech, SaaS, or Retail Software.
- High technical and commercial awareness, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail software sales is highly advantageous.
- Ambitious with strong interpersonal and commercial awareness.
