About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Trading Manager to join our team at CAVU. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from our distribution websites across EMEA or AMER regions.

Your primary objective will be to optimize all sessions driven to the websites via direct or indirect channels, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of our business plan targets in line with the e-commerce objective of maximizing revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multichannel trading calendars, including discounting, merchandising, and campaigns, to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with paid media and SEO teams to ensure effective channel strategies are implemented to drive profitable volume growth across our airports.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of site performance, identifying performance issues and applying corrective actions to optimize profitability.
  • Continuously evaluate the impact and effectiveness of trading strategies and tactics to identify areas of concern/opportunity and recommend planning actions.
  • Implement optimal e-commerce strategies for each website to deliver year-on-year growth in conversion rate, ATV, revenue, and profitability.
  • Manage and develop one or more E-commerce Executives, ensuring they fulfill their role and responsibilities and develop them to their full potential.
