About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Trading Manager to join our team at CAVU. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from our distribution websites across EMEA or AMER regions.

Your primary objective will be to optimize all sessions driven to the websites via direct or indirect channels, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of our business plan targets in line with the e-commerce objective of maximizing revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multichannel trading calendar, including various discounting, merchandising, and campaigns, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with the Head of E-commerce to set and deliver ecommerce business plan targets for two or more distribution websites.
  • Support the Head of E-commerce in identifying and commercially modeling new opportunities for growth to deliver or overachieve business plan targets.
  • Lead weekly trading meetings to identify areas of concern, opportunities for accelerated growth, and implement corrective actions to drive growth and ensure delivery of the P&L.
  • Collaborate with paid media and SEO teams to ensure the most effective channel strategy is implemented to drive profitable volume growth across our airports.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of site performance on a total level, airport, and supplier level, identifying performance issues by key metrics in a timely manner and applying corrective actions to optimize profitability.
  • Continually evaluate the impact and effectiveness of trading strategies and tactics to identify areas of concern/opportunity and recommend both tactical and strategic planning actions.
  • Implement optimal e-commerce strategies by each website to deliver year-on-year growth in conversion rate, ATV, revenue, and profitability at a minimum.
  • Manage and develop one or more E-commerce executives, ensuring they fulfill their role and responsibilities, follow processes outlined by yourself, and develop them to their full potential.
