About the Role

Henri Lloyd, a renowned British brand, is seeking a seasoned E-commerce Trading Manager to drive online sales growth and optimize e-commerce operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the company's e-commerce presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Online Sales Growth: Develop and implement a trading plan to achieve e-commerce sales budget targets, monitor website performance, and analyze conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Manage E-commerce Operations: Oversee daily Shopify store operations, ensuring accurate and optimized product listings, effective site merchandising, and a seamless customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, product launches, and CRM initiatives; partner with third-party vendors to enhance website functionality and maximize sales through performance marketing.
  4. Optimize Stock Levels: Manage inventory updates and coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  5. Provide Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data using advanced Excel skills, generate comprehensive performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Proven E-commerce Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in an e-commerce trading or similar role, preferably within the apparel or retail industry.
